Leyland Gathering 2026
We are delighted to announce that we have been invited to attend the 2026 Gathering at the Leyland Trucks Assembly Plant on Croston Road, Leyland on Sunday 28th June.
The display will form part of a Family Day organised by Leyland Trucks for their employees and invited guests. Details are still being finalised but it is expected that there will be different activities taking place around the outside of the factory whilst the Assembly Plant will be open to show how trucks are produced at the Leyland site.
Please be aware that the Leyland Trucks Assembly Plant is a secure area and ENTRY WILL BE BY TICKET ONLY. Vehicle entrants will receive up to three tickets per vehicle which will include coupons for certain refreshments during the day. Other food and drink items will be available but will have to be paid for as they are not covered by the event coupons.
Leyland Society members wishing to attend the event without a vehicle and non-members should download and complete an entry form below leaving the vehicle details section blank and return it to the address indicated with an SAE in which the tickets will be sent to you. To ensure we have sufficient time to distribute tickets PLEASE NOTE THE DEADLINE FOR THE RECEIPT OF ENTRY FORMS.
It is hoped that a local enthusiast group will run free bus services from the Leyland Trucks Assembly Plant and the British Commercial Vehicle Museum in the town centre using Leyland buses.
