Singapore Buses Vol 2 - Trans-Island Bus Service and Singapore

This book details the developments of the various operators and describes the buses operated, type by type, from very basic Mercedes-Benz O309 minibuses to state of the art Mercedes-Benz Citaros. Although other makes form Japan, the UK, The Netherlands and Sweden have featured in the fleet, the bulk have been Mercedes-Benz, many of them O405G articulated buses. Recently, two China-built buses have been trialled, one a hybrid. No orders have resulted as of early 2012. It is lavishly illustrated with a majority of the pictures in colour from some of the best Singaporean photographers as well as by the author, and numerous other contributors. 138 pages A4 softback.
