This is an updated version of part of the old Pocket Book C (pub. 1958) and covers the counties of West and East Sussex and Surrey. The book uses the new 'Handbook second edition style' (240 x 170mm format) as in the recent South West England Handbook. It contains 288 pages, with a completely revised and updated text. It is complemented by numerous photographs and maps, many of which are in colour.
