Leeds Transport Volume 4 1953-1974

This volume covers the rapid decline of the tramway system up to final closure on 7th November 1959. The 1950s also saw the building up of the bus system and this is covered through the next decade when it operated its greatest number of vehicles over its widest network of routes.
