Lanarkshire's Lost Railways

Originally published in 1997, this was the first in the Lost Railways series and was an instant success. 52 pictures of lost Lanarkshire stations and historic rolling stock accompany statistics detailing when lines and stations closed. The book features many excellent photographs by WAC Smith, whose extensive archive features prominently in many Scottish railway books. This book has been out of print for many years due to plate and film becoming obsolete but Stenlake have now reoriginated it using the original photographs to get it back into print.
