Following his debut offering, published by Transport Treasury in 2024, Adrian Willats presents a second selection of “Southern Multiple Unit Memories”. Featuring a variety of diesel and electric units seen at many different locations, this second volume includes more of the ‘second generation’ classes, although the more traditional ‘slam-door’ Mark 1 based types are not forgotten. All the photographs are from colour slides by the author, who adds his personal recollections (with a bit of humour) in comprehensive captions.
