The RC Riley Colour Collection – Midland Region

Dick Riley’s visits to the Midland lines were rare compared to the Southern and Western and which thus makes this album all the more interesting. The LMR is represented with a variety of motive power from mighty Duchess and Princess class engines down to the humblest of shunters many taken so the background and landscape can be appreciated in addition to the principal subject matter. This will be the only book in the series devoted solely to the LMR and is compiled by Pete Sikes editor of Midland Times.
