Scotland's Last Days of Colliery Steam

Steam still operated in Scotland on NCB lines in the coal producing areas after the withdrawal of BR steam in April 1967, lasting into the 1970s. The author made a number of visits to collieries and photographed the wide variety of tank engines still to be seen. The results of his visits are presented in this album, with every photograph having detailed captions.
