Seaviews on the Isle of Wight

There are many ‘seaviews’ on the Isle of Wight, this video deals with two aspects. Firstly, e ‘Seaview Services’, GDL764, an all Leyland Titan PD2. She celebrated her 50th Birthday on 7th May 2000, this video was made to mark the occasion. We see her on her special day running her former route from Ryde to Seaview. Ex. ‘SOUTHERN VECTIS’ Bristol MW 806 helped out carrying extra passengers and acted as a camera stand for the return trip! GDL764 is usually on show at the Isle of Wight Bus Museum. The second aspect of ‘seaviews’ is that of the open top bus operations on the island.
