Stamford Hill Tramways

Stamford Hill was once served by horse and steam trams. In the early 1900s electric trams from two operators - the LCC and the Metropolitan Electric Tramways - arrived on the scene. This book contains a wealth of previously unpublished local photographs and views of all these types of tramcar. Also included is a feature on London's single track tramways.
