This volume continues Ian Manning's highly popular series of books on Portuguese Bus Fleets - namely The Bus Fleets of Madeira and The Azores and Portuguese Cities and Municipalities. The book presents the history and fleetlists of Rodoviaria Nacional - The Portuguese National Bus Company - listing buses of the initial 10 COP companies and the subsequent 10 CEPs and changes in the Lisbon area. This weighty book has 300 pages and is illustrated by over 350 colour and monochrome pictures, a map and a selection of bus tickets. The fleetlists have been meticulously compiled over several years and represent the most comprehensive and detailed tables published to date of any Portuguese buses and show each bus with its full history, including registration number, fleet and chassis number and date of building through rebuilding, rebodying, transfer between companies and final disposal date.
